This exhibition in PEM's Art & Nature Center explores the concept of scale – from the subatomic to the galactic – challenging our perception of perspective, relative size and proportion. Featured works include miniatures, sculptures, photography and installations loaned from regional, national and international contemporary artists, as well as works from PEM's collection.

This Day in History
On this day in 1865, the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, officially ending the institution of slavery, is ratified. “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”
