Front Office Manager receives Award

Rewarding outstanding performance is always a difficult task, as so many of the Hawthorne's team members do an excellent job and go above and beyond every day. So the task of selecting one individual is never easy.
However, I am pleased to announce that the Manager of the 2nd Quarter Award was given to Andy Seidel, who, as our Front Office Manager, has done an exceptional job in guiding his team of Front Desk Clerks. In addition, Andy is always eager to learn and looking for the best possible way in how to lead the department, and he certainly does so by setting the example.
Those of you who have been visiting us on a regular basis know that Andy, as well as his entire team, receive constant kudos for their recommendations, taking reservations, as well as making sure all guests are swiftly checked-in and assisted in so many other ways.
