Bienvenido Named Full-Time Employee of the Month

Today we awarded one of the stalwarts of our kitchen the Employee of the Month, Full-Time Award for March 2015.

Bienvenido Espinosa has been with the Hawthorne Hotel for the past 10 years, and is an important part of our culinary team.  He is our lead prep cook, having risen in the ranks from the day he joined us as a dishwasher.  Bienvenido is described by Chef Steve Nelson as an ambitious and hard-working person who is always looking for more responsibility and more work.

Here we are, as a group, surprising Bienvenido where he works.

It was a great pleasure to award this recognition to such a hard-working member of our team.  While our guests may not see people like Bienvenido, they need to know that he and other team members in similar roles are important to the smooth-functioning of the Hawthorne Hotel.
