The Peabody Essex Museum is the exclusive East Coast venue for Calder and Abstraction: From Avant-Garde to Iconic. This exhibition brings together 40 sculptures by one of the most influential and innovative artists of the 20th century.

The exhibit ends on January 5th, 2015. Head down to the Peabody Essex Museum before it’s too late!

On this day in 1974, President Richard Nixon refuses to hand over tape recordings and documents that had been subpoenaed by the Senate Watergate Committee. Marking the beginning of the end of his Presidency, Nixon would resign from office in disgrace eight months later.
