Adam D'Entremont

This week we honored one of our Dining Services team members, Adam D'Entremont, who is currently a bus person for us, but we learned that very day had just been promoted to be a server-in-training for the Tavern.

Adam is not only a member of the Dining Services team, but he has also worked for us in the Banquet department as a banquet set-up person, a bus person and a server.  He has progressed quite rapidly since joining the Hawthorne Hotel Team in July of this year.

Here you can see how surprised and pleased he was when we surprised him in the Tavern on Monday.  In the photo below I am handing Adam all of his "loot" including a new special name tag, which he was happy to receive.  After all, it does say "Employee of the Month" on it.  Wear it proudly, Adam!

This photo shows two of our managers, Jasmina Conley and Elizabeth Buchanan, telling the assembled managers about why they nominated Adam -- for his extreme willingness to help out wherever and whenever needed, his quick learning ability, his attention to our guests, and his polite hospitality to everyone.  Jaz paid him the highest compliment of saying she wishes she could simply clone him because he does everything he touches so well.
