Yes, We Know It Was JUST Halloween!

We completely agree with a popular prevailing sentiment that stores are putting up Christmas decor and promoting Christmas much too early.  However, we have so much pressure on us to take reservations for Christmas, because people want to be sure of their plans, that we have to start taking these reservations on the first Monday in November each year.

If we are accepting reservations then we feel we have to be ready with information, so here it is -- the menu and related information for our annual Christmas Grand Buffet:

As for our annual poinsettia tree, the plan, as always is for this to be installed on the weekend after Thanksgiving, so if you are interested in that photo opportunity, that is the plan.

  1. I need to work out a date to stay at my favorite hotel during the Christmas season as it's just so beautiful and peaceful there. I love simply sitting in the Grandmothers' area overlooking the Grand Ballroom and enjoying the decorations there or sipping a hot beverage in front of a roaring fire in the Tavern.
