New Atrium Menu Items

This week signals changes to our PEM Restaurant menus.  Today I was able to try out three of the new specialty sandwiches at PEM's Atrium Cafe.  Here are some photos and descriptions:

Seasonal Palette
Honey- Mustard-Roasted Tofu, Brussels Sprouts and Carrot Slaw with Dried Cranberries, Toasted Almonds and Shaved Asiago Cheese on an A & J King Baguette

How to get a made-to-order sandwich?

Please decide on your sandwich ingredients first. 
After deciding, please pick up your beverages, soups, salads, or any other ready-made accompaniments and proceed to the Cashier station.
Place your order and pay for your entire meal. You will then receive a number to take to your table and your sandwich(es) will be brought out to you. 

Breads

Wraps:  Spinach, Whole Wheat, Sundried Tomato and Garlic-Herb
