Salem will once again welcome poets from across the Commonwealth and the United States for a weekend of poetry, lectures, discussions, slams, and music. This is always a wonderful weekend that sets Salem a'buzz.
The Festival will take over downtown, with programs happening at the Peabody Essex Museum, Hawthorne Hotel, Old Town Hall, Museum Place Mall, and many more destinations. (Visit MassPoetry.org for venue information and addresses.)

What’s Happening in Salem this week
Come run in the RRCA Runner Friendly Community of Salem, Massachusetts!
The Walk/Run for HAWC is the largest fundraising event of the year for Healing Abuse Working for Change. The race start and finish will be at the Salem Common. Proceeds from the race go directly back to HAWC to support the survivors of domestic violence who reside on Massachusetts' North Shore.
