A Very Special Staff Member

Earlier this week we honored Aracelis Salgado as our Full-time Employee of the Month for December.  Here are some photos of the award "ceremony":

 As you can see she was clearly surprised when we went to PEM to make the presentation.

 Here you can see her manager, Rhiannon Nowak, who is the Chef at PEM (Peabody Essex Museum) explaining to Aracelis and the team of managers who gathered for this presentation, why she was chosen for this award.
 Aracelis is a culinarian, working primarily in the Garden Restaurants, as well as working alongside Chef Rhiannon in preparing the food for special events, and the Atrium Cafe.  While she has only been with us since the summertime, Aracelis has already garnered great praise for her work, as she is so dependable, helpful and self-motivated.  The food she prepares is both tasty and beautiful to behold.
