An Extra-Special and Unique Brunch or Shower Menu

We recently did a special brunch for a group at PEM (Peabody Essex Museum) and it was done with a twist -- a welcoming set of passed items for the guests while they gathered.  I thought it was a lovely idea, so we are sharing the menu with you here.   This event was served at a fairly normal brunch time -- 10:45 am to 12:30 pm -- and this would make an outstanding menu for a shower as well.

Assorted Mini Quiches and Crustless Frittata Bites


Toasted Mini-Bagel Halves with Smoked Salmon, Caper-Onion
Relish and Chive-Dotted Crème Fraiche

Freshly Brewed Coffee, Tea and Decaffeinated Coffee
