PEM Garden Summer Menu

Food, glorious food!  Here is the new summer menu being offered in the Garden Restaurant at PEM.  I snapped a few photos of the newer items that I have tried so far and I can tell you that they are as delicious as they sound.

If you want to dine with us there, please consider calling ahead for a reservation, especially if you are coming during a popular exhibit such .  The direct line is 978-542-1618, or you can call us here at the Hawthorne Hotel at 978-825-4311.  Remember you do NOT need to pay admission to the museum in order to dine in the Garden (or in the Atrium either) so come on over for an excellent lunch.  The Garden is currently open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:30 am to 3 pm, and all holiday Mondays.

PORK TENDERLOIN
sliced, seared pork tenderloin medallions with wilted baby bok choy, rice noodles and ginger-infused hoisin drizzle

Daily Special -- Lobster Roll

GRILLED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM
grilled portobello mushroom and roasted asparagus on corn and black bean salad, tomatillo relish     

SUMMER-INSPIRED VEGETABLE SALAD
avocado, cherry tomatoes, house-made queso blanco, fresh roasted corn, English cucumber and black beans  on a bed of Bibb lettuce, smoky chipotle vinaigrette
