She works for us part-time because she is finishing up her last year at Johnson and Wales College, studying food service and nutrition. "Avi" is able to man the "line" in the Garden Restaurant, handle the sandwich station for the Atrium, or work as a prep cook in the Banquet Kitchen there.
She is a delightful and resourceful young woman who has grown professionally during her tenure with us, due in great part to the mentoring she has received by her direct supervisor, Rhiannon Nowak.
We are so happy to have her on our team, and look forward to working with her for many years to come.
