January Specials in the Tavern on the Green

Starting off the new year with a resolution to spend your eating-out dollars more wisely?  Then our Tavern "Locals Specials" are just the ticket.  A lovely three-course dinner for only $15.50.  In our gorgeous, real wood-burning fireplaced Tavern.  You cannot do better anyplace else in Salem, MA!


Sundays through Wednesdays
5 – 10pm

Shrimp Gumbo
chorizo, okra and tomatoes, served over white rice


Barbecued Beef Short Rib Quesadilla 
served with guacamole and sour cream


Chicken and Broccoli Ziti
Parmesan cheese and white wine-garlic sauce

Each entrée served with a small mixed green salad with choice of dressing
-or- Cup of the Soup of the Day

 and
Chef’s Choice of Dessert

    This pasta looks delicious but for those of us allergic to sulfites, we can't eat anything with wine in it so a lot of meals on a menu are out for us.
