The House of Seven Gables is offering a special tour during the month of December that blends the unique history of the mansion with the little known history of Christmas in Colonial Massachusetts.  This special tour is offered during regular hours in December except during the production of a Classic Christmas.  The hours are as follows: December 1-30 from 10am-5pm and shortened hours on December 24 & 31 from 10am-2pm.

This Day in History: On December 16, 1773, a group of Massachusetts colonists boarded three British ships and dumped 342 chests of tea into Boston Harbor in the event known as the Boston Tea Party.
