Tony Baez Named Employee of the Month

Yesterday we surprised Tony Baez as he prepared his station for the dinner service for both Nathaniel's and the Tavern here at the Hawthorne Hotel. Tony has been with us for a number of years, but only recently went from being a prep cook to being a dinner cook, and from part-time to full-time work for us.

 He is doing an outstanding job, and we recognized him with this award for the way he has risen to a higher level of work, and for his dedication and loyalty to the Hawthorne Hotel. We sincerely appreciate all that he does for us.

Fair blog readers, please remember that behind the scenes there are a number of staff members that you will probably never see, but they play a very important part in providing the kind of experience that you have come to expect from the Hawthorne Hotel.  I wish you could know each and every one of them.
