Great Feedback for Hawthorne Catering Team

On Friday we received a lovely emailed thank you letter that I thought I would share with you.  This was in regards to an event we catered, as Hawthorne Catering, at the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) recently for a corporate event which was handled by a professional meeting planning company.  The email was addressed to Lindsay Otis, our Hawthorne Catering Manager.

We love reading things like this, as are especially pleased that this client was so happy with both Lindsay and Liz and their work.

Good morning Lindsay!  I hope you had a great day yesterday and it was fun being an extra!  J

First and most importantly – a huge THANKS to you and your team for doing such an outstanding job last night.  Amy and Jay were THRILLED with everything and the evening was a HUGE success.  Amy commented on how great the food was and service flow was perfect.  Liz was fantastic to work with on site and just a delightful person.  Your entire team was gracious and offered outstanding service.

You are a tremendous partner and I so enjoyed working with you from the moment we met in April.  Thank you for being so responsive, detailed, and delightful!  J  The room looked fabulous – the linens, centerpieces, etc. – I had the photographer take some photos so will share those with you when I get them. 

Also – I was so busy cleaning up our stuff last night that I never connected with Liz to find out if we owe you more money!  I have no idea what the bar tab was so when you have a moment, let’s reconnect on the final bill and I can provide you with my credit card information if needed.
