Food, Yummy Food

This week we did a special event, the preview party for the new Ansel Adams exhibit at PEM, with a very special menu, with a theme evocative of the California parks and coast of Adams' photographs.

 I took a lot of photos that I thought I would share with you, since I think a lot of people enjoy looking at food photos.  Let me know what you think.

Bibb and Endive Salad with Fresh Cherries, Crystallized Ginger and Caramelized Orange Segments with Creamy Citrus Vinaigrette

Hand-Scooped Assorted Ice Creams and Sorbets (Attended)

Ice Creams: Dulce de Leche with Caramel Sauce, Ginger Ice Cream with Sugared Rosemary Bits

Chocolate Bites served with the Coffee

I was fortunate to have been in attendance at this event, and can assure you that my obligation to taste each of the foods we served that evening was a happy one.  Everything was delicious!

  1. Wow! Phenomenal photography on exhibit along with fantastic food for consumption - wish I'd been able to go that preview!! I need to get a press job up in Salem!
