Nathaniel's Late Spring/Early Summer Menu

Nathaniel's Restaurant in the Hawthorne Hotel is a lovely place to enjoy dinner. There are two menus -- a seasonally changing, contemporary menu, as well as our classic menu of items "From a Bygone Era" for those of you who enjoy food more simply prepared.

Roasted beets and local goat cheese in a terrine, served with aged sherry vinegar and arugula with EVOO.

Chilled Spring Pea Soup with Minted Creme Fraiche with Chili Oil
Roasted Spring Asparagus with Prosciutto and Parmesan

Seared Fresh Salmon Filet with Fennel and Radish Salad, Warm Bulgur Wheat, Cherry Gastrique

Roasted Local Flounder on Fiddlehead Ferns and a Medley of Rice and Pulses, Spring Pea Puree
