More of "It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood"

Here are some more shots on this crystal-clear day in Salem, MA of the buildings and entities surrounding the Hawthorne Hotel.

Kensington Stobart Gallery in the Hawthorne Hotel.  Then across the street from left to right are Olde Naumkeg Antiques, Artemisia Botanicals, and beyond those are some homes, and then the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
The bicycles are back and ready to check out at the Hawthorne Hotel front desk.  These are free to use, as long as you have a valid credit card (not debit card), and are at least 18 years old.  Anyone can check them out, hotel guest, resident, or simply a visitor to Salem.
Across the street in the other direction are  (right to left) Beautiful Things, Remember Salem, Fool's Mansion, Crow Haven Corner, and The Old Spot.
The brick home above, next door to the Crowninshield-Bentley House is the Pierce Nichols House.  It is also on the tour of antique homes offered at PEM.
Across Essex Street (right to left) you will see Essex Cleaners, Bella Verona Italian Restaurant and Sophia's Gifts of Artistry and Elegance.

Down the street just beyond the Hawthorne Hotel (light green building) is our Guest House, named for Fidelia Bridges who grew up there.

We are blessed to be located in such a vibrant and beautiful neighborhood.  I hope you enjoy getting a look at just how well-located we are here at the historic Hawthorne Hotel.

And of course, I hope to see you here.
