Here is this week's line-up of flags that will fly on the front of the historic Hawthorne Hotel

Wednesday , November 23 Turkey and Indiana
Thursday , November  24 Turkmenistan and Iowa
Friday , November  25 Tuvalu and Kansas
Saturday , November 26 Uganda and Kentucky
Sunday , November  27 Ukraine and Louisiana

Since I had no idea what or where Tuvalu was, I looked on Wikipedia and found this:

Tuvalu (/tuːˈvɑːluː/ ( listen) too-vah-loo or /ˈtuːvəluː/ too-və-loo), formerly known as the Ellice Islands,[2] is a Polynesian island nation located in the Pacific Ocean, midway between Hawaii and Australia.[3] Its nearest neighbours are KiribatiNauruSamoa and Fiji. It comprises four reef islands and five true atolls. Its population of 10,472 makes it the third-least populous sovereign state in the world, with only Vatican City and Nauru having fewer inhabitants. In terms of physical land size, at just 26 square kilometres (10 sq mi) Tuvalu is the fourth smallest country in the world, larger only than the Vatican City at 0.44 km2 (0.17 sq mi), Monaco at 1.95 km2 (0.75 sq mi) and Nauru at 21 km2 (8.1 sq mi).  (There is more if you are interested, but I thought just a small summary would do for this purpose.)

If you have a special flag request, please call 978-825-4444 or 4322.

I hope to see you here, not in Tuvalu.
