Our Operations Team Make Us Shine

Many times the people who make things happen are not recognized as much as they should be.  One of the members of our team at the Hawthorne Hotel who really makes it happen for the hotel is Claire Kallelis.  She is our Director of Food and Beverage, and also carries the title of Assistant General Manager.  When I am not at the hotel she is the senior member of our team.  She runs the department that produces everything that you eat or drink at the hotel, including Dining Services, the Kitchens, and Banquets, as well as our off-site division, Salem Hospitality Group which runs the food and beverage service at the Peabody Essex Museum.

I recently received a copy of the thank you note that you see here.  Claire is a working manager who often runs the events herself.  She is phenomenal in all her roles, especially running weddings, as you can see.
