. . . Survey Says!!!

Whenever anyone has an event here at the Hawthorne Hotel, we always send an event survey out to them afterwards to find out what we can do better for next time. We strongly believe this is part of why we provide excellent customer service -- because we try very hard to listen to what our guests have to say about their experiences here.

Today we received a survey back that was such a delight to read, we simply had to share it with all of you.

It seems this client had originally booked their event in another venue, and after much bad service from that venue in simply trying to plan the event, they decided to seek help elsewhere. The "elsewhere" turned out to be here, and you can see that they were very happy with their choice.

Please join me in offering my thanks to the excellent TEAM of the historic Hawthorne Hotel. They are the BEST!!!
