More Nathaniel's SUMMER Dinner Items

Food Photos are Fun! If that is something you enjoy, you will love this post. These are some of the new items from the Summer Nathaniel's Dinner Menu.

Tangerine-Grilled Sea Scallops

Heirloom Tomatoes, Mozzarella,Balsamic Drizzle, Walnuts and Basil

Oven-Roasted Salmon topped with mint and basil gremolata,
served with two-pea risotto, sautéed watercress and asparagus (this photo shows green beans which our kitchen happily substituted for a guest who did not count asparagus among his top-ten favorite vegetables.)

Vegetarian Entree -- Layers of Eggplant, Goat Cheese, Heirloom Tomatoes, with Fresh Tomato Sauce, Gigandes Beans and Fresh Basil

Bone-In Pork Chop, Tonkatsu Broth, Braised Nappa Cabbage, and Two Kinds of Peas. ~~ Deliciousness Squared!
