These lovely gardens are located just a few blocks from the historic Hawthorne Hotel, and are open to the public at all times for viewing, sitting, reading, or otherwise enjoying.
I am fortunate to live in the neighborhood where this home, owned and maintained by the Peabody Essex Museum, is located, and I can even take a "long-cut" through them as I walk to work or walk home.
