Mark Your Calendar and Buy Your Tickets Now

Here is a terrific reason (actually two terrific reasons) to come to visit Salem, MA.

This is an email that I received from Salem State College:
Since 1982, the Salem State Series has hosted countless world leaders, artists, athletes, and intellectuals. We are now pleased to announce the 2010 speakers.

Civil rights advocate, attorney and cancer survivor Ted Kennedy Jr. will open the Series on Tuesday, April 27.

He will be followed on Thursday, September 23 by well-known mind-body health guru and author Dr. Deepak Chopra.

Both programs begin at 8 pm and will be held in Salem State’s O’Keefe Sports Center, 225 Canal Street.

Subscription tickets are available for purchase now by calling 978.542.7555.

Subscription tickets for both presentations are $120 (premium seats and post-lecture receptions), $75 (reserved seating) and $40 per person (general admission).

Individual tickets go on sale February 22 and can be purchased at or by calling the Series Box Office at 978.542.7555.

The Series is a project of the Salem State College Foundation, Inc. As a self-supporting community enrichment program, the Series assists the college in fulfilling its public education mission.
