One of our most popular hors d'oeuvres is Baked Brie en Croute. For this holiday party our chefs cut out stars and other festive shapes to decorate the tops of the puff pastry, to make it even more appropriate for a holiday event. Lovely idea!
The flowers for this event were spectacular. They combined holiday greenery with fruits and vegetables, along with fresh flowers, for arrangements that were so lovely, so contemporary, yet that worked so well in our historic hotel.
Check out the artichokes as flowers, and the cranberries in the glass vase for an additional pop of color.
