Gorgeous Flowers, Great Entertaining Ideas from a Hawthorne Hotel Event

One of our most popular hors d'oeuvres is Baked Brie en Croute. For this holiday party our chefs cut out stars and other festive shapes to decorate the tops of the puff pastry, to make it even more appropriate for a holiday event. Lovely idea!

The flowers for this event were spectacular. They combined holiday greenery with fruits and vegetables, along with fresh flowers, for arrangements that were so lovely, so contemporary, yet that worked so well in our historic hotel.

Love the cranberries in the bottom of this vase.

Check out the artichokes as flowers, and the cranberries in the glass vase for an additional pop of color.
We hope you enjoy seeing these ideas. Perhaps they will help you in your own decorating and entertaining endeavors. And if being "Martha Stewart" is not up your alley, let us do it all for you, here at the Hawthorne Hotel.
