So much to do in Salem this Weekend -- Check this Out!!

One of the things I love about living and working in Salem is the great variety of local artists and artisans who have also chosen Salem as their place. The availability of very special, unique pieces at very affordable prices makes shopping here especially rewarding. It just feels so much better not hitting the Mall, but supporting local folks instead. This weekend will be bustling!

I hope to see you here.

This is a great opportunity to find unusual gifts for the holiday season, explore downtown Salem, meet some of the many local artists and get a glimpse at their process and their spaces.

Many of the artists will be opening their personal work space for local residents to tour and explore, others are being hosted by downtown businesses.
"So many if the artists I know work out of a closet, on their kitchen tables. We are really grateful to the members of the Salem business community who have offered to host artists." commented Jennifer "jeff" Bowie, one of the artists and this year's organizer.
