Delicious New Winter Menu in Nathaniel's Restaurant at the Hawthorne Hotel

Wilted arugula salad with smoked salmon, roasted cauliflower and fried capers.

Roasted golden beets with goat cheese, toasted walnuts, and ice wine vinaigrette

Grilled pork tenderloin (demi-portion) with sweet jewel potatoes and Brussels sprouts with bacon

Braised lamb shank, wilted arugula, goat cheese-mashed potatoes

Maple-glazed chicken breast, cranberry-pomegranate sauce, roasted squash, rice pilaf with fruit and nuts
Vegan entree, demi-sized. Portabella mushroom stuffed with gigandes beans cooked with fresh tomato. Roasted Beets and braised winter greens. Basmati rice.

Here is the entire menu for your review. Two of my favorite things about this menu are that we offer demi-portions of many of our entrees. You can order them for an appetizer if you like, or it will allow you to order a three-course meal without feeling stuffed.
My other favorite thing is that the staff has chosen wines from our list that are a good match for each of our entrees. In that way you don't have to wonder which wine to order -- we are certain the wines that are listed will go well with each entree:
