Plant Destruction, the night before Halloween

This actually happened the of night before Halloween (technically Halloween morning.) If anyone has any information about the guy in the red baseball cap who was doing this (we saw him but he ran off) we would love to be able to prosecute him to the full extent allowed by the law. This happened around 3:00AM on October 31, 2009.

Poor plants!!

What did they ever do to deserve this kind of treatment?

This was hardly accidental, like the damage that occurred on Halloween night. I would really like to find this person, so if you have any ideas who it might be, please let me know.

Don't you want to post my comment about my lost ring???? Maybe someone else could relate to the feeling of having the manager of a business care more about some stupid yellow mums; than a valuable diamond ring that was ALSO stolen at their hotel. Grrrr...

  2. Kristen,
I did do quite a lot about your incident at the hotel when it happened. However, leaving your room door open, and having a party in your room with people wandering through, and not putting a valuable diamond ring in the safety deposit box are all invitations for what happened to your ring. I fail to see the correlation between that action and having someone come along and destroy some plants. Did you want me to post something about your ring on our blog?

Innkeepers law is very clear that we are not responsible for items of high value and small size that are belongings of a guest staying in a guest room. In your case, you freely admitted leaving your door open, and that someone came into your party that no one knew. How could I help you with this?

Perhaps this would be best worked out by a phone call between us?
