A LOVELY Thank-You E-mail

As everyone does, we love hearing when we succeed in pleasing our customers. Here is a recent email correspondence that does just that:

That would be great and I would love for you to do that. I meant to ask you if you had a testimonials link on the hotel's site or something so this is perfect. I love giving credit where credit is due and I love giving nice recommendations especially when people and places are so well deserving of them!

Hi Kelly,

I just wanted to let you know that my mother and I had a wonderful time at my baby shower this past Saturday! The food was outstanding and the room was just lovely and was the perfect setting for my event. Everyone had a great time and raved about it.

Thank you for your assistance and for your efforts. Also, Mike and Scott were wonderful. I don't know their last names but do know that they are brothers. They did a phenomenal job and were extremely courteous, considerate, attentive and pleasant! I was able to thank Mike at the end of the event but unfortunately, did not see Scott. Please tell him thank you very much for his kindness and his efforts. Danny was wonderful too.

We will definitely recommend the Hawthorne Hotel to anyone for an event! Thanks again and take care.
