Autumn in Salem

This scene is one you see right outside of the Essex Street door of the Hawthorne Hotel. The base of the statue that you can just make out after the three tree trunks is of the Nathaniel Hawthorne statue, our namesake.

I thought you might enjoy this lovely New England Fall look out of our window.

Hello the wonderful staff of the Hawthorne Hotel,
Thank you so much for another great time at your Thanksgiving Day dinner. My husband, aunt and I had such a wonderful time. The atmosphere was so festive, the food was incredibly delicious and the ladies playing the harps just completed the great experience. Everything was just perfect as always.
I can't thank you enough for another treasured memory that it always is when we come to the Hawthorne Hotel. You folks are simply the best.
