Our guests really seem to love us. . .

Today I was asked to come out to the lobby to meet with a guest, Linda, who wanted to see the manager. I was pleased to hear from her that the reason for her request was to pass on her compliments to me regarding the actions of one of our dining services managers, Marianne Stewart.

The guest had left behind her credit card when she dining in the Tavern this weekend, and she let me know that the manner in which Marianne handled her lost card was far beyond her expectations.

It's always nice to hear from our happy guests.

The following is a guest email that we received regarding our client appreciation party. I thought you might like to read that as well:

Carol,

I wanted to thank you and Susan, Christine, and everyone there, for a terrific time on Thursday evening. You folks REALLY know how to create fun! The costumes and d├ęcor were fabulous, and the food, as always, was delicious. My favorite was the gazpacho.

It was great meeting some new people. Two women at my table were from Endicott College, and they remembered my daughter Becky from several years ago. Small world!
