Wine Dinner at Hawthorne Hotel

  1. I've just finished the menu for the next wine dinner on July 13. We will be featuring sparkling wines and Champagnes pared with a fun summer menu. More imformation to follow but just a sample, oysters on the half shell with pepper mignonette,served with Louis Philippe Brut Champagne, Embassy Chicken, pan seared and roasted chicken breast larded with foie gras and truffle butter with champagne cream and toasted pine nuts served with Dampierre Brut Cuvee des Ambassadeur Champagne.
